While the Assistant Dean of Professional Graduate Programs for Sauder School of Business, Liz was responsible for leadership, strategic planning and executive-level decision making across the School’s graduate portfolio. Liz led teams in Vancouver and Shanghai, and substantially increased revenue and contribution during her tenure.
Prior to that Liz held the post of Director of Marketing and Business Development for Executive Education at the same institution. Here she led the development and implementation of marketing strategy across the business, with a focus on expanding the range of intensive programs for senior leaders. Liz worked closely with faculty and clients to develop engaging new programs that deliver on the School’s vision and the business community’s needs. She was also responsible for the business development function across open and custom programs, and for learner experience on high level programming.
