Finance Executive (Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced values-driven finance executive to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our invoicing, payments and contracting processes are effective and that we have the right tools in place as we grow.

Drawing on your experience of managing budgets, invoicing, bookkeeping and contract management, you will be play a key role in ensuring that we deliver our projects on time and on budget for our higher education clients. Your accounting skills and attention to detail will be at the heart of Halpin helping us to achieve our goals and sharing in our success as you develop your career.

Ideally you would have knowledge of the procurement and supplier processes of the higher education sector, a willingness to learn fast, implement your ideas and bring your experience from other sectors to your work.

Marketing & Sales Executive

We are seeking a talented values-driven marketing and sales executive join our growing team.  You will play a vital role in telling the story of the work we do, the impact it has and the way we work with our higher education clients.

Drawing on your marketing and sales experience you will be adept at enabling us to responding to tenders, preparing proposals and developing our sales and marketing materials.  Your copywriting and curatorial skills will be at the heart of Halpin, helping us to achieve our goals and sharing in our success as you develop your career.

We need you to have a good knowledge of the higher education sector or a willingness to learn fast and an ability to bring your experience from other sectors to your work.

Project Manager

We are seeking a talented values-driven Project Manager to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in delivering projects for our diverse range of higher education clients.

Drawing on your experience of high-level administration, project work and creative problem-solving, you will be play a key role in delivering our range of services. You will work in teams with experienced consultants and project managers and have the opportunity to learn fast and deliver high profile work at an early stage in your career.

We are always open minded about transferable skills and experience, but you would benefit from a good knowledge of the higher education sector, a willingness to learn fast and an ability to bring your experience from previous roles to your work.

This probably won’t be your first role, we need you to have had some workplace experience in particular working with people at all levels of an organisation. You will be confident, articulate and IT literate willing to embrace the systems and tools we use to manage our work. If you are ready for your next move this could be the role that helps you to make your mark and have real impact.

Consultant (Trainee)

You will play a vital role in delivering projects for our diverse range of higher education clients.

Drawing on your experience of project work, customer service and creative analytical skills, you will be play a key role in delivering consultancy work across our services whilst undetaking a 12-month training programme to develop your skills.

You will work in teams with experienced consultants and project managers and have the opportunity to learn fast and deliver high profile work at an early stage in your career. 

We are always open minded about transferable skills and experience required to be a consultant, but you would benefit from a good knowledge of the higher education sector, a willingness to learn fast and an ability to bring experience and skills from previous roles to your work.

The trainnee Consultant probably won’t be your first job, we need you to have had some workplace experience.  If you are ready for your next move and exploring a career in consultancy our trainee position could be the role that helps you to make your mark and have real impact.

Consulting Fellows & Senior Advisors

Twice a year we seek new consultants to join our community of Consulting Fellows and Senior Advisors.

We are looking for experienced consultants with a strong knowledge of higher education and a track record of delivering change. We particularly encourage applications from those who have worked across higher education. We welcome individuals who contribute to sector thought leadership by writing, presenting at conferences and interacting on social media.

Our Consulting Fellows are self-starters who are happy to work remotely on their own or as part of a team. They are committed to delivering high-quality work on time and on budget. They are passionate about the higher education sector and the impact our clients can have. Does this sound like you?
