Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Operations Manager to work at the heart of our growing consultancy.
You will lead on the day-to-day management of Halpin and continue to build on the significant work we have done developing and organising Halpin’s operations and systems over the past 5 years.
Drawing on your experience of operations, finance, process management and reporting you will apply your organisational and problem-solving skills to support, motivate and manage a remote staff team.
We are open minded about transferable skills and sector knowledge but you would benefit from experience managing the operations for a small to medium sized organisation, be highly confident with systems and tools and a detail-orientated thinker able to translate ideas into processes. A willingness to learn fast and ability to use your experience from previous roles to take ownership of the operations function is essential.
If you are seeking a new challenge that will deliver rewards, this could be the opportunity for you.
The full-time salary is from £40,000 per annum and we are open to negotiation with those with the blend of skills and experience we are looking for. Our benefits package includes flexible working, volunteer leave, health and wellbeing allowance – we care about the things that matter most in life and want to support you to have a happy work-life balance.
If you would like to join a team that puts kindness at the heart of its work and that is focused on helping higher education clients to deliver impact and transform the world, then do consider getting in touch – we would love to meet you!
The closing date for applications is Friday 14th April 2023.
Consulting Fellows & Senior Advisors
Twice a year we seek new consultants to join our community of Consulting Fellows and Senior Advisors.
We are looking for experienced consultants with a strong knowledge of higher education and a track record of delivering change. We particularly encourage applications from those who have worked across our higher education service areas. We welcome individuals who contribute to sector thought leadership by writing, presenting at conferences and interacting on social media.
Our Consulting Fellows are self-starters who are happy to work remotely on their own or as part of a team. They are committed to delivering high-quality work on time and on budget. They are passionate about the higher education sector and the impact our clients can have.
Our next round of recruitment for fellows will open in Summer 2023. Check this page then for details of how to apply.
