Data to inform action
Despite the commitments that the higher education sector makes to equity, diversity and inclusion, there is a lack of data across many aspects of diversity. Well-meaning EDI activity cannot be effective unless it is rooted in robust data – both quantitative and qualitative.
The Halpin team are developing a strong track record in undertaking EDI research, – both across the sector – e.g. Living Black at University – and for individual institutions. Our diverse research team can work with you to determine what research is needed and can then carry it out on your behalf.
