EDI Review
A thorough organisational review of EDI can help identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to help create a more positive and inclusive culture across all parts of the institution. This is done through desk review, consultations, and observations.
We also offer a smaller scale and more focused version of the EDI review. Depending on your needs we would tailor the desk review, consultations, and observations.
A review can give a general focus on student and staff experiences in relation to EDI or can review specific protected characteristics and other areas of inequalities facing marginalised communities including anti-racism, gender equity and disability.
For example, we can conduct a review focused on the Black student experiences – similar to our Living Black at University undertaken by Halpin on behalf of Unite Students.
