An Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy should set out your commitment and approach to increasing equality, diversity and inclusion at your institution.
It should describe how you will develop a community that is fully inclusive, recruiting and retaining staff and students from all sectors of society.
The Halpin team have in-depth experience of developing, implementing and reviewing EDI strategies in many different sectors.
Our goal will be to enable you to create an EDI strategy that is led from the top and owned and understood throughout the institution.
