Regular effectiveness reviews are a requirement of the Higher Education Code of Governance and are vital for healthy governance.
The Halpin team can explore the effectiveness of governance and provide you with a roadmap for strengthening your practices and improving the agility and resilience of your governance. We use the Halpin Governance Maturity Framework to help guide our work.
