Susie Hills

Susie is the co-founder and joint-CEO of Halpin Partnership. Susie has held many senior leadership and consultancy roles in the non-profit, corporate and education sectors. As an in-demand, results-driven consultant, Susie has supported dozens of high-profile clients to achieve their strategic goals in the arts, charity and education sectors in the UK, Ireland, Middle East and USA.

Susie spent over 7 years in the senior management team at University of Exeter where she led the University’s first campaign: ‘Creating a World Class University Together’, raising over £25m and quadrupling annual philanthropic income.  Susie is a renowned thought-leader and writes regularly on leadership and management topics.

Her career began in the charity sector where she worked for NGOs such as ActionAid, Barnardo’s and Samaritans. Susie moved into the corporate sector to manage corporate responsibility for Tesco Plc, setting and reporting on KPIs for environmental and social impact across the international business.

Susie is a trustee of The Halpin Trust and has worked as a school governor. She has a BA (Hons) Politics from Durham University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Managing Voluntary Organisations from the University of Sheffield.
