After gaining degrees in English and Visual Arts, Charlotte worked in operational and research roles with non-profits and universities across the UK including London Met, King’s College, London, the University of Exeter, Queen’s University Belfast, the Northern Ireland Association for Mental Health and Oxfam Ireland.
In 2015 she joined US fundraising consultancy Graham-Pelton, playing a central role in growing the business and expanding its presence in Europe. During this period, Charlotte gained knowledge and experience of professional services operations, project design and service delivery working with hundreds of clients across the education and non-profit sectors in the UK and Ireland.
Joining Susie and Shaun shortly after the founding of Halpin in 2018, when they had little more than a phone number and a domain name, Charlotte bridges the space between the day-to-day business and the high-level strategy. She created and now has oversight of Halpin’s operations, people and project life-cycle, and is committed to creating a culture of compassion and efficiency across all areas of the business.
