A Senior Equality, Diversity and Inclusion specialist with more than 18 years’ experience in the Public Sector. She is leadership and Organisational Development Adviser (Continuous Improvement) at University of Westminster.
Liz is the Mayor of London Borough of Waltham Forest.
She is an experienced Quality Assurance and Enhancement Professional, (Associate CIPD) with a special interest in Women and Leadership, Learning and Organisation Development, Staff Coaching and Mentoring.
Elizabeth is currently Leadership and Organisational Development Adviser (Continuous Improvement) at the University of Westminster, managing a portfolio of awards and continuous improvement projects, for example the Athena SWAN, Race equality Charter mark trial, Investors in People, Customer First etc. She provides professional advice and advice across the university, in support of the continuous improvement strand of the Organisational and Staff Development Strategy.
Her role involves designing, developing and delivering relevant formal and informal learning interventions in support of the continuous improvement agenda, with a particular emphasis on working with Faculties, and building and maintaining strong relationships between internal teams and external organisations e.g. the Equality Challenge Unit.
Elizabeth is adept at ensuring that all activities adhere to the University’s Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) agenda and relevant legislation.
