Pete is MHFA, ASIST and safeTALK-trained and has enhanced DBS certification and a CMI accreditation in Coaching and Mentoring. He has undertaken work on sexual assault and harassment, mental health and suicide awareness, men’s mental health, disability inclusion and neurodiversity.
Capable of working at strategic level and at operational level with confidence, Pete brings expert crisis management capabilities, maintaining confidentiality when dealing with highly sensitive matters. He is an emotionally intelligent leader with an excellent network of academic and business collaborators, capable of leading by example and motivating individuals and teams to significantly contribute to the achievement of organisational success.
Pete has undertaken the University of York Strategic Leadership Programme, THES award-winning Collaborative Leadership Programme, also at the University of York, as well as the Said Business School Management Acceleration Programme.
